Amanda has been appraising properties since 2018 and has gained a wide experience and knowledge base in both commercial and residential appraisal work.
She is a graduate of Brock University (BSc/MSc) with a Masters of Science in Applied Health Sciences. Amanda completed the requirements of the Canadian Residential Appraiser designation in 2022 through the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is qualified to offer valuation and consulting services for individual, undeveloped residential dwelling sites and dwellings containing not more than four self-contained family housing units. Her strengths are analysis, research, organization and accountability, and she is always happy to share those talents with others.
In recent years, her exposure to the real estate world has expanded to also include project management roles in new construction. This gives her first-hand knowledge in areas such as zoning requirements and building components, which has proven to be a valuable asset in her appraisal work.
